We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a small restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture items.

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship. All Umbra products come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
